Delivery & Returns
Vivara are open for business and we are delivering our complete range of products to customers. Orders can be placed in the usual way on our website, or by calling our customer service team on 01 233 2046 Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Delivery of Orders
We are processing and dispatching all orders as quickly as possible from our Netherlands HQ. Orders are shipped via DHL and typically take up to 3-5 days for delivery. Once your package has been shipped you will receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel on its journey to you.

*During busy periods, orders may take a little longer to get to you.
We are following the governments advice to ensure we keep our employees and customers safe during this time. Where possible, many of our employees are now working from home, and we are following high standards of health and safety in our warehouse. Drivers will also be observing social distancing practices when delivering your parcels.
For orders under €35.00 we continue to heavily subsidise postage, packing and insurance making it a reasonable €5 per order, no matter what the size!
For orders €35 and over we offer free delivery on all purchases.
Whilst placing an order, our basket page will show you an estimated delivery charge for your order. This will be confirmed for you at the final stage during checkout.
Please note: our courier requires deliveries to be signed for.
Orders placed online or over the phone will normally be delivered in 5 working days. Orders placed by post may take an additional 5 working days.
Delivery is Monday-Friday except bank holidays.
*Although we do our utmost to fulfil this, there may be exceptional circumstances beyond our control when this is not possible and delivery may take longer.
If you are purchasing products as a gift for someone else we can arrange for these to be delivered directly to the recipient.
You will be given the opportunity to select this service during the online checkout process or you can request to send as a gift if you place your order by phone.
Ordering from outside the Republic of Ireland
Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver outside the Republic of Ireland from this site - we do however, have operations based in other countries.
Returns and 'No Quibble' Guarantee
We want you to be happy every time you shop with us but we know occasionally you may want to return items.
For all items:
Our "no quibble" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you should call us within 14 days to arrange return; as long as the item is unopened we will replace the item or issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see below for details of how to return defective items to us.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund any delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
To return an item:
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by calling 01 233 2046 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your contact details and the reason for the return and we can arrange for this to be returned.
Please use the returns form provided with your order when returning items.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
To cancel an item:
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, CJ Wildbird Food Europe B.V., 13 Upper Baggot Street, Second Floor, DUBLIN 4, IRL or 01 233 2046 or email@example.com of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
