We have every confidence in the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
You are welcome to inspect and assess the product at home, just as you would in a physical shop. If the item is not suitable or does not meet your expectations, you may return it.
If an item has arrived damaged, is faulty, or there is an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Care team by email or telephone before returning it. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible.

4. Keep your proof of postage
We recommend retaining your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed. This allows the parcel to be tracked if necessary.
Refunds
Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you a confirmation email and issue your refund as soon as possible using the original payment method.
