1. Joining Vivara Plus
To participate in Vivara Plus, you must:
- Have a valid Vivara account
- Have an active Vivara newsletter subscription
- Activate Vivara Plus in your account
- Be a private customer (business accounts are excluded)
Once all conditions are met, you'll automatically start earning Nature Points.
2. Earning Nature Points
- Earn 1 Nature Point for every €1 spent on eligible products.
- Each Nature Point is worth €0.05.
- Every 20 Nature Points gives you €1 reward value.
- Customers who create a new Vivara account receive 75 Nature Points (worth €3.75) as a welcome gift.
- Points are calculated based on the value of eligible products after discounts and redeemed rewards have been applied.
- Purchase values are rounded down or up to whole euros when calculating Nature Points.
- Nature Points are personal and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged between accounts.
- Nature Points can only be earned on purchases made while logged into the Vivara account that participates in Vivara Plus.
3. Rounding to Points
When converting amounts to points, values below 0.50 are rounded down and values of 0.50 or higher are rounded up.
For example: €1.49 = 1 Nature Point, €1.50 = 2 Nature Points.
4. Your Nature Points Balance
Nature Points are visible in your account.
Nature Points move through three stages:
Earned → Pending → Available
- Points become available after the 30-day return period has passed.
- Nature Points cannot be claimed retrospectively for purchases made without being logged into your participating account.
5. Redeeming Nature Points
- Nature Points can be redeemed once available in your account.
- Nature Points can be applied during checkout.
- Nature Points are deducted from the value of eligible products in your basket.
- Nature Points cannot be redeemed retrospectively after an order has been placed.
- Nature Points cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards or any cash alternative.
- Nature Points are not awarded on the portion of an order paid for with redeemed rewards.
6. Point Validity
- Nature Points become available 30 days after a purchase and remain valid for 6 months from the date they become available.
- Every new eligible purchase extends the validity of your total Nature Points balance by another 6 months.
- Expired Nature Points cannot be reinstated.
7. Excluded Products
Nature Points cannot be earned or redeemed on:
- Shipping costs
- Books
- Swarovski binoculars
- Gift cards
- Donations
Vivara reserves the right to update the list of excluded products where necessary.
8. Returns & Cancellations
If an order or product is returned:
- Any Nature Points redeemed on that purchase will be returned to your balance.
- Any Nature Points earned from that purchase will be removed from your balance.
8.1 Partial Returns
For partial returns:
- The full amount of Nature Points redeemed on the returned items will be returned to your balance.
- The Nature Points earned from the returned items will be removed from your balance.
9. Newsletter Requirement
Vivara Plus is linked to the Vivara newsletter.
If you unsubscribe from the newsletter:
- Your participation in Vivara Plus ends immediately.
- You will no longer earn Nature Points.
- Any unused Nature Points will expire immediately.
10. Ending Participation
You may leave Vivara Plus at any time through your account settings or via the unsubscribe link in the Newsletter.
When participation ends:
- All unused Nature Points will expire immediately.
- You will no longer receive Vivara Plus communications or benefits.
- If you also unsubscribe from the newsletter, you will no longer receive Bird News emails.
11. Changes to the Programme
Vivara reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue Vivara Plus at any time.
Where possible, material changes to the programme will be communicated in advance via email, the website or your account.
Vivara may withdraw, amend or terminate the programme without compensation where required for operational, legal or commercial reasons.
