If you order regularly from our site, we recommend creating an account to make ordering even quicker. Having an account allows you to check out faster and easier, save multiple addresses, track orders, save your favourite products and repeat previous orders.
Note for account holders: we relaunched the website in September 2019. If you have signed up for an account on our website prior to this date, we have transferred your account and saved addresses. However for security purposes, you will be required to visit this page to reset your password.
How to order online
You can navigate the shop using the drop-down menus at the top of every page or by typing the name or product code of what you're looking for into the search box. You can search within categories by changing the 'All' dropdown.
If you are browsing a category (rather than searching) you can narrow the list of products displayed by using the category list or use the filters to refine the products shown; for example the 'Seed Mixes' category within 'Foods' will list only seed mixes or, by then going into the Suitable Feeding Methods menu, you can filter by those suitable for Tube Feeders. If there are too many products to display on a single page, the pagination will be displayed below the list of products.
Each product is displayed with an image, its name and price information along with the following three buttons:
- Info will take you to more information about the product, including buying options such as pack size, from where you can add the desired product variant and quantity to your shopping cart.
- Shopping Basket Icon will add the item directly to your shopping basket. This option is only available when the product itself has no variants; the Vierno Diner, for instance, has no variants and so can be added directly to the cart whereas Hi-Energy No Mess is available in multiple pack sizes so you have to go to the product page (by clicking the 'info' button) to select the desired pack size first.
- Favourites Star Icon will bookmark the item in your favourites list.
When a product is added to your shopping cart, you'll be taken to the 'My Basket' page which provides a summary of your order so far. Delivery charges are not always displayed on the basket page. When they are displayed, they are an estimate only. The delivery charge you will pay will be confirmed for you during the final checkout phase.
When you're happy with your selection, click the 'Checkout' button.
In the checkout you can either complete your order as a guest (with the option to create an account) or log into an existing account.
Please note: there is a character limit on address line 1 during check out. If you are having any difficulties, please try reducing the length of address line 1. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us. Also, when using the address lookup funtion, please only type the first line of your address and postcode. If the system is uanable to match an address, please select the option to enter your address manually and complete the necessary fields to proceed.
Once you have entered all the required information in the form you will be transferred to our payment partner Mollie to pay for your order.
We accept payment by American Express, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. Payments by card are processed by our payment partner Mollie.
We also accept payments through PayPal.
If you have a voucher code, don't forget to enter it on the 'Shopping Basket' page. Please note that codes must be entered at time of ordering. Discounts cannot be applied or orders retrospectively.

This website has been tested for compatibility with most modern browsers, if you are using an older browser pages may not display correctly.
All our products are stored in warehouses where nuts are present. To the best of our knowledge our foods do not contain genetically modified ingredients. Although of premium quality, our food is not for human consumption.
