Whilst placing an order, our basket page will show you an estimated delivery charge for your order. This will be confirmed for you at the final stage during checkout.
Please note: unless otherwise stated, all feeders are supplied without food.
How can I pay?
We accept payments by credit/debit card (which will be immediately charged) or PayPal. We cannot accept cash payment for post, phone or web orders.
Note: Since 2016 we have not been able to accept cheques as payment for orders. (This was due to an increase in the charge to process them which rose to over €10 per cheque).
World Animal Day?
Shop 15% off on our site when you spend a minimum of €50 and using the code WAD15 at the checkout. Offer excludes binoculars, e-gift cards and nest boxes. You must spend a minimum of €50 in order to claim your discount. Offer valid until 11:59pm 4 October. Valid on full priced items only. Code can only be redeemed once per purchase.
Discounts
To redeem discounts using a promotional code, the code must be quoted at the beginning of your call when placing orders over the phone and can be entered during the checkout process when ordering online.
Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
Expiry dates will vary depending on the promotion and codes can only be used prior to the expiry date published. Unless otherwise stated, codes can only be used for one transaction per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one valid code can be redeemed per transaction.

Vivara Squirrel Challenge
To get your money back and a years supply of bird food, the Smart feeder must have been bought after 07/09/2022. You must have emailed the video of a squirrel feeding independently from the smart feeder to marketing@vivara.ie and it must have been accepted. A supply of bird food for a year consists of 60kg of Hi Energy No Mess Seed Mix and 200 fat balls.
Gift Cards
Terms & conditions for use: The gift card can only be redeemed online at www.birdfood.ie. Gift cards can be redeemed across multiple transactions. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or be used toward the purchase or additional gift cards. This card is valid for 12 month from date of receipt. Any refunds issued for purchases made using a gift card will be issued as gift card credit. Gift cards cannot be redeemed against the purchase of gift cards.
