Barn Owl Nest Box Apex

This robust, apex-roofed barn owl nest box provides a safe and secure breeding space in line with recommended nesting dimensions. Made from exterior-grade plywood, it should be installed high on a tree in open farmland, an isolated hedgerow, or along a woodland edge, ensuring the entrance hole is clearly visible to passing owls.

Installing two boxes close to each other can help accommodate the male during breeding season.

To install, first secure the triangular shell to a tree using coach bolts or other strong fixings (not included), then attach the front shelf panel firmly to the shell. A removable tray inside makes cleaning and inspection easier.
